The rooms were spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. The free Wi-Fi was a plus that helped us stay connected. The location was ideal, just a short walk from many attractions and public transportation.
The breakfast options were limited and not very tasty. The coffee machine made mediocre espresso, and the small table next to the WC where we ate our meal was not at all comfortable.

Very good acccess to local transport. Clean and pleasant atmosfere.
Nobody present during the day- no reception. The owner lives too far away to help in any problem. The safe was blocked-no possibility to continuiu with the day'splan. Lost opportunity to attent ceremoniny. Absolutly essential electic kettle to make hot drink -tea in the evening.Wather in the hotel was either very hot or cold. It took some time to regulate temperature, and the waste of wather.,

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room thoroughly cleaned every day. The hotel facilities were great, with all the basic conveniences provided. The location was in a perfect place, situated in a very nice district with close proximity to many characteristic eateries. The transportation options were convenient, with easy access to taxis or public transport. Additionally, the staff was very polite and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Excellent free wifi internet connection
very small double room, breakfast very limited, pre-packed and coffee tastes bad. Fridge in the room did not work. Towels and bed sheets were not changed on a daily basis. Rooms are not sound proof, very noisy especially when other guests are checking in/out or when breakfast is being served to other guests.

Friendliness of the staff (only 1 woman); Breakfast was very good
The shower had problems with hot water, where the temperature drastically fluctuated from scalding hot to extremely cold; The woman working at the hotel didn't speak much English, so communication was a little difficult.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, near the Tevere, in an amazing old palace. It is easily accessible from Termini station by taxi or public transport. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms. the service is friendly and welcoming, with breakfast served in your room. the staff is full of useful tips for exploring the city. the hotel offers a good value for money.
The noise of the local trams can be intrusive, especially late at night and early in the morning.

The room was cozy and styled nicely, perfect for our Easter trip. the hotel location was ideal, only a few minutes walk away from the popular square and ten minutes from the metro. the air conditioning in the room was a life-saver in the hot city and kept us nice and cool.
Although the breakfast was included, it was mediocre at best. the pre-packaged croissant was a bit stale and the coffee tasted terrible.
